Who are you Serving?
Joshua 24:15 NKJV “And if it seems evil to you to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.””
Excellence gives us the power to influence others for good, but we must Choose to serve the Lord and put Him First in our Lives.
Not just once a week on Sunday, but everyday, that’s who a disciple is and what we do flows out of that place.
What you do daily and who you are at home determines who you are really serving:
- The way I speak and act in private.
- The material I read when I’m alone.
- The music that fills my dwelling.
- The table-talk my family shares or doesn’t.
- The moods I invite or tolerate.
- The media input I welcome.
We can all improve on our service but it’s starts with the simple decision to say I will serve my Savior and it’s Him I praise and worship…
